After rewatching Vibrator, more than ever, I feel that we need to get the fuck rid of women’s beauty magazines. Stop perpetuating it. If you see someone reading one of them, slap that shit out of their hands and if you feel inclined to, piss on it. Actually SNS does more damage than magazines do nowadays so start slapping phones. It really fucks with people's expeectations of each other and themselves. The opening scene in Vibrator reminded me of this feeling. The main character struggles so hard with this that she hops in the semi-truck of a random driver to feel loved. The movie is about so much more though, check it out for yourself.
