This is probably the movie I’ve seen the most and it’s still a pleasure to watch. Originally intended to be a French production shot in Paris, the director suddenly changed to a Japanese cast and crew, shooting in Tokyo instead. It becomes pretty surreal when characters then continue to reference French language and culture.
A young girl (Hinano Yoshikawa) goes on an adventure to find "Four Eyes", the culprit of a string of shootings. Of course, they meet and fall in love but the whole process is so weird and wonderful. The music is also pretty awesome.
